Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options

  • Standard delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.99. Typically arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
  • Subscription orders: free standard delivery on every renewal.

Dispatch

Orders are picked and packed at our UK fulfilment centre. Orders placed on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

Occasionally carriers run behind, especially around bank holidays and busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch email, contact us at chikaraltd@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. Please include a photo if the item arrived damaged, as it helps us claim against the carrier.

Address errors

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can usually amend it if the order hasn't been dispatched. We can't take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always do what we can to help recover them.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
