After taking the recommended 2 scoops in roughly 300ml of water, I took to the gym and not noticing much focus improvement, I was impressed after I completed easy sets of pull ups as opposed to my previous sessions. This was not after a long period of rest, therefore isolating that factor and pointing towards the pre. Placebo can also be ruled out due to my experience with the terrible taste and performance of MyProtein’s Sour Apple pre, leading to my mental expectations of Dave’s being low. Therefore a great performance-boosting pre with a modest flavour. 9/10. Will be repurchasing.
